We have just started work on a short film to enter in this years Mountain Film Festival circuit.

It is a short 5 minute look at the highly dangerous, illegal but extremely entertaining sport of Urban wakeboarding. The sport can be traced back to it's early development in Asda car park in Kendal, Cumbria by the now infamous Louis 'El horrendo' Henderson. The sport is said to be the poor man's version of wakeboarding.

We took the sport to the Vancouver Hills and stormed Cypress Mountain. Cypress Mountain has a climb of over 3000ft, smooth dry tar seal, 3 lane road and minimum traffic issues.

Huge carves, hi speeds and big grins made for a great session on the mountain. Speeds of upto 75 km per hour were encountered without incident. Then to top the day off a full top to bottom descent was made of the road, much to the amusement of passing motorists.

Bread and Butter do not advise anyone to atempt this sport at home. It is extremely dangerous and could cause a serious injury to yourself and others involved.
