BC Paddlesports Fest 07- Thursday 22nd Feb

Bread and Butter is once again running the BC Paddlesports Festival in conjunction with the Vancouver international Mountain Film Festival. This years Festival will be held at the ANZA club on Thursday the 22nd of Feb.

The evening will be a combination of slideshows, lectures, presentations and Paddlesports films. There will be a bar provided by the festival.

Thurs 22nd Feb, ANZA Club, 3 West 8th Avenue Vancouver, BC V5Y 1M8 . Doors open 6.30pm, show starts 7.30pm. Tickets : $15 on the door.

The purposes of society are:

To protect free flowing natural watercourses in Canada, particularly British Columbia, as part of an ecologically unique systems of societal significance.

To provide public education about natural watercourses and their importance to the environment and society.

To raise awareness of current issues concerning said watercourses.

To conduct and support research on the impacts of run of the river projects on society and the natural ecosystems formed by free flowing natural watercourses.
